I installed two of these kits, for a total of 64GB, into my MacPro 6.1. This is an exceptionally easy upgrade, and it took less than 5 minutes. While 64GB is arguably too much for most photo editing applications like LR6, it does make large file editing in Photoshop considerably faster and smoother, especially when stitching large panoramas (30+ 36MP images) or when assembling star trail images with hundreds of layers. This RAM provides exceptional value with great performance. The only negative thing I can think of is that the modules are not quite as pretty as those black Apple branded modules.
